Ordering

You can order treats from The Little Black Dog Bakery through the shopping cart or by sending us an email.

To use the Shopping Cart, just use the buttons located below each item on the Products page. To use this payment option, you must have a PayPal account.

Email orders can be sent to shop@littleblackdog.ca. Simply list the products you'd like to order, the quantity and your postal or ZIP code. I'll email you back with a shipping quote.


Payment

Payment options are PayPal, cheque or money order. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to Kelly Allistone.

US customers: Please ensure your money orders are International Postal money orders, not Domestic.

Shipping of orders paid for by personal cheque will be held until bank clearance occurs. Most orders are shipped on the Friday following receipt of payment.


Tax

8% provincial sales tax is charged on all orders delivered within Ontario.

We put many hours of research and testing into each product offered by The Little Black Dog Bakery. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Unsatisfactory products may be returned for credit toward your next Little Black Dog Bakery purchase within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please enquire before placing your order.
